Bakery ordered to banned by FDA: Baked merchandise were mislabeled (Photos)



On Drive 15, the Associated Press reported which a Clifton, N. J. bakery called Butterfly Bakery mislabeled their muffins and various other baked goods, and the food item and Drug Administration (FDA) directed the plant to de-activate.

Federal officials found sugar on the baked goods labeled sugar-free, and fat content was on top of stated on the discount package.

A federal judge consented to an injunction against Butterfly Bakery will be president for mislabeling the actual baked goods.

The FDA done some research that confirmed the baked goods, from Butterfly Bakery had product labels that wrong and misleading.

One with the laboratory test proved this items listed as sugar-free hold sugar. Another study showed 360 percent more than saturated fat than what's listed for the label.
