  6. In a major saute pan, heat two inches of oil (NOT olive oil) to 355 for the deep-fry thermometer.
  7. Carefully place the dough in to the oil and fry right up until puffy and golden.
  8. Remove within the oil and place over a wire rack to deplete of any excess gasoline.
  9. While still toasty, dust with powdered sweets and/or cinnamon sugar.
