This recipe manufactured with mojo or Molho with Portuguese brings back the authentic origin with the Canary Islands where this spice originated. We added ingredients commonly used in Haiti or Tahiti like black beans, avocado, yellow rice and plantain to round off of the dish.

Ingredients
1 pound mojo seasoned pork get (cubed)
2 significant onions
1 environmentally friendly pepper
2 keyrings chicken broth
1 drink mojo sauce
1 tumbler fresh cilantro
1 mug dried black beans
2 ready avocados
2 servings yellow rice

Ingredients designed for mojo sauce
1/3 glass olive oil
1/3 lube fresh orange juice
1/3 mug fresh lime juice
6 garlic oil cloves
3 tbsp unique cilantro
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 chipotle chili

Preparation
