Serves 6

Lobster plus Shrimp Torta Ingredients:

  • 1 tiny bag Fritos
  • 1 small-scale jar pickled jalapeos
  • 2 bodyweight lobster and shrimp greens (recipe follows)
  • 1 remain butter
  • 6 pieces 4 torta bread

Lobster together with Shrimp Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 single pound lobster meat cooked, cooled down and chopped
  • 1 lb . bay shrimp, cooked
  • 1 pot Mexican crema
  • 1 drink cream cheese
  • 1 mug Crows Dairy goat gouda chevre
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pot lime juice
  • 1/2 ounces lime zest
  • 1/2 pot basil, chopped
  • 1/2 pot tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 2 tablespoons wholemeal mustard
  • Salt and spice up to taste

Lobster along with Shrimp Salad preparation:

  1. Whip every ingredients except lobster in addition to shrimp
