1 cup of coffee mayonnaise
cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp Cajun preparing (or Creole seasoning
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Emerils Essence

Preparation
Mix most of the ingredients well together unless smooth.
Refrigerate previously using

Note: The remoulade sauce is the most suitable when made one day prior to so the flavors can easily blend together. Keep cooled!
