Beef Stew having Guinness

2 1/2 3 weight stew meat
1/4 mug flour
salt and spice up to season meat
vegetable oil
1 red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic herb, minced
1/4 cup crimson wine
14 oz gound beef broth
20 oz Guinness
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp beans powder
1 bay leaf
5 green beans, peeled and sliced
2 taters, peeled and cubed
3 ribs oatmeal, chopped
2 tbsp cornstarch

  • Season meats with salt and spice up. Place flour in a big ziplock bag. Add a small piece of the meat and even shake to coat by means of flour. Repeat until every one of the meat is coated. Heat oil from a large pot. Brown beef in batches, careful will not crowd the pot.
  • Remove just about all meat from pot. Add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add red wine beverages and cook for a second minute.
