Pretzel rolls and bites are considered the latest craze around restaurants and bakeries, and for at-home bakers likewise, with places like Wegmans, TGI Fridays and Pink Robin all jumping within the pretzel bandwagon. Its easy to make pretzel rolls at your house, using a can in refrigerated crescent rolls many pantry staples you likely have in the house. This recipe is tailored from Pillsbury. com as well as makes eight rolls.

Pretzel Crescent Comes (adapted from Pillsbury. com):

  • 10 servings water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 may refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt

Preheat range to 400-degrees F. Aerosol cookie sheet with food preparation spray. In 5-quart Nederlander oven, heat 10 cups liquid to boiling over high temperature. In a small dish, beat egg and 1 tablespoon normal water with fork until perfectly mixed. Set aside.
