There isn't an better way to take advantage of the Summer season than eating a fresh salad. The flavors from the season just ring out with glee along with your mouth becomes joyful. You don't have law which says salads need to be plates of rabbit meals. Use your imagination! Throw caution with the wind! Be different! Make a salad a meal.
