The last installment of my Expo West articles covers the most popular picks for gluten-free poker chips, cracker, pretzels, and any snacks. There were many contenders within these categories, so I limited my list into the top ones. All of these products and solutions should start arriving at store shelves over the next few months.

Chips

  • Beanitos - further two new white bean chips for their line: Restaurant Style together with Nacho Cheese. What is really appealing about these tortilla chips is potentially they are made from beans, in no way corn, and I really didn't spot the difference. There was no beany aftertaste they usually had a great crunchy without having to be too crunchy. It is a nice option if you have a corn intolerance.

There are real peanuts from the bag too, so for me personally, it was like choosing a healthful (fiber and additionally protein) version of Cracker Jacks. These people do contain soybean fat.
  • Snikiddy - incorporates a new flavor of cooked fries: Barbeque. These french fries are crispy, and it is easy to smell the bold barbeque flavor while you open the bag.
