On Monday, May 1, 2013, Food & Wine periodical announced voting is underway now for the second annual Peoples Most effective New Pastry Chef where readers will be able to vote for their favorite pastry chef inside the East, Central, and Western regions.

You can vote for a favorites now until Apr 8, with the winners publicized April 9 and appearing from the magazines July issue.
