Ingredients found it necessary to make Searchlight Cherry Salsa and also Chicken (serves 2):

The Chook Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup of coffee minced parsley
  • 1/4 drink minced shallots
  • 2 limes, that juice only
  • 1/4 mug extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 fowl thighs, trimmed of body fat (chicken skin is not necessarily fat)

Steps:

  6. Remove the poultry to serving plates and top with a number of the cherry salsa.

The Cherry Salsa:

  • 1/2 drink minced parsley
  • 1/4 goblet minced shallots
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded plus minced
  • 1 lime, drink only
  • 2 Tbs. increased virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lb . cherries, pitted and quartered
