  • 1/4 container tequila
  • 1 lime, the juice and the zest

Steps:

  1. Place the flank ribs in any non-metallic shallow bowl.
  2. In a compact bowl whisk together tenacious ingredients, except the fat.
  3. Pour the marinade in the ribs and coat them all on both sides. Enable mariante at room temp 1 hour.
  4. Into your medium saute pan and skillet, heat the gas over medium heat.
  5. Remove the ribs and carefully place within the pan. Cook the ribs 5 or so minutes per side (or so that you can desired doneness).
  6. Remove that ribs and keep hot.

Ingredients for any Tequila Glaze:

  • Juice of a 1 / 2 of lime
  • 1/4 cup tequila

Steps:

  1. Into this saute pan and around medium heat, add the honey as well as lime juice and stir till the honey has dissolved.
  2. Take the pan from the heat and stir in your tequila.
  3. Place the pan back around the heat and cook your glaze 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon the glaze in the ribs and serve.
