Heat the organic extra-virgin olive oil in a large, heavy-bottomed container. Saut the chorizo during the olive oil for four minutes; take out and place privately. Add the onion, garlic herb, carrots and lentils and saut till the onion pieces are young. Add the water, sodium, pepper, cumin and the actual chopped tomato. When it involves a boil, reduce the warmth and cover for 30 moments.

Add the potatoes and chorizo on the pot and cook to have additional twenty minutes or through to the potatoes have softened. Provide immediately. This can be served over rice by and large meal or as some side dish.
