For a gourmands who love ethnic food and therefore are not afraid of garlic clove, this is a recipe for you personally. Packed with whole garlic cloves and rubbed with organic olive oil, mint and rosemary, we broiled the shanks before braising for just two hours. Ingredients
2 lamb shanks
12 completely garlic cloves
1/3 container Greek olive oil
2 tsp dehydrated mint
2 tsp dehydrated rosemary
cup tomato sauce
cup of coffee water
Juice associated with 3 lemon

1 mug orzo
8 ounces broccoli florets

Preparation
