The Scottsdale-based diner and bar will donate 100 percent in the proceeds from the sale of several different menu items and liquids to St. Jude to support support the hospitals lifesaving mandate. Since its inception, Nickys Week has raised around $1 million for E. Jude Childrens Research Infirmary.

The special Nickys Weeks time menu includes: Edamame, Tootsy Maki, Shrimp Nigiri, Pig Gyoza, Chicken Yakitori, Garlic herb Citrus Yellowtail Tapas, plus numerous select beverages.

All 25 RA Sushi areas in Arizona, California, The southwest, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Baltimore, Nevada and Texas will do the fundraiser.

Nickys Week began in memory of Saint. Jude patient Nicholas Nicky Mailliard, with Scottsdale, Ariz., who lost a hard battle with brain tumors in February 2005 around the young age of 13. A nephew of a single of RA Sushis proprietors, Nicky held a special devote the hearts of RA Sushi associates through the organization. RA Sushi initiated that fundraiser to honor the actual memory of Nicky so to raise awareness and financial resources for St. Jude, where no child is definitely ever turned away caused by a familys inability to buy medical treatments.
