Chicken mole has a wide array of variations both by just chef and by place. It apparently is possibly not strictly Mexican but has Spanish influences likewise, and a lot of legends about precisely how mole sauce came approximately.

  • 3 dried up pasilla peppers or 1 poblano as well as 1 jalapeno pepper

Put the remainder oil in the griddle and add the onions and also garlic. Saute until softer and add the diced tomato vegetables.
