Corned beef is meat having its own unique flavor. Many families prepare corned gound beef and cabbage with vegetables throughout every season. Now that St. Particks Day has passed there could possibly be an abundance of left-over corned beef stored inside refrigerator depending upon the dimensions of the gathering that was entertained the night time before. Instead of reheating the corned beef with the usual manner and repeating exactly the same dinner again another day time this week try making a Reuben dip aided by the left-overs. So, if you're a Reuben sandwich fan you should flip for this drop. This dip is prepared a lot like a Reuben sandwich as much as flavor goes. Its texture may be a little heavier than a good number of dips and spreads correctly upon sliced rye breads or any toasted bakery or crackers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 ounce) plan of cream cheese
