'Ingredients

2 (17-ounce) pots Greek yogurt
1 1/2 mugs half-and-half
3 hothouse cucumbers, unpeeled, seeded plus chopped
3/4 cup marauded red onion
9 scallions, bright and green parts, chopped
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon home ground black pepper
1/4 mug chopped fresh dill
3/4 container freshly squeezed lemon beverage (6 lemons)
3/4 -pound cooked large shrimp, halved
Thin pieces of lemon, halved, pertaining to garnish
Fresh dill, for garnish

Directions

In a huge mixing bowl, stir together with each other the yogurt, half-and-half, cucumbers, crimson onion, scallions, salt, as well as pepper. Transfer the mixture in batches with the bowl of a food processor fitted together with the steel blade. Process through to the cucumbers are coarsely pureed and pour into another can.
