The homemade bruschetta-sofrito in fact makes this dish which means that flavorful and enhances the flavors from the Mediterranean-rubbed tilapia filets. We served our meal with herb and garlic couscous and mixture of steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
4 tilapia filets
1 system herb and garlic couscous
Steamed veges of choice
1 tbsp Mediterranean sea seasoning
Fresh pepper

Ingredients designed for bruschetta sofrito
3 tbsp sofrito
2 tbsp bruschetta
cup of coffee diced red onion
goblet diced pineapple
tsp paprika
1 little cayenne pepper
1 bit Emerils seasoning

Preparation
Combine all ingredients together in the bruschetta sofrito. This is ideal made one day ahead of time and kept refrigerated immediately for best infusion in flavors.
Lightly dress the tilapia with Mediterranean seasoning and start being active . fresh pepper.
Put on a lightly oiled sandwich sheet and bake inside of a preheated oven at 400F to get 10 minutes.
Place the filets inside of the broiler (high setting) for the purpose of 5 minutes or right until lightly blackened.

Plate the filets and also top with cold or perhaps room temperature bruschetta sofrito plus serve with couscous or maybe rice and steamed vegetables of your respective choice.
