Ingredients:

1 minor can pink boneless, skinless salmon

pine nuts

vidalia onion

dried cranberries

1/2 glass plain bread crumbs

1 egg

dill ( optional)

1 lemon

green leaf lettuce

Dressing:

3/4 container olive oil

1/4 tumbler apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

  • Mix fish, egg, breadcrumbs and dill
  • Add canola or vegetable oil to some frying pan
  • Form 2 trout cakes into patties (add extra bread crumbs if needed)
  • Fry concerning each side until crispy, force 1/2 lemon onto every one side of cakes even while frying
  • Tear lettuce, slice onion, add cranberries, pine nuts and fish on top
  • Mix dressing and also increase salad
