2 lbs . boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 egg
1/2 pot cornstarch
1/4 tsp bright white pepper
1/4 mug flour
1 1/2 tsp salt

oil meant for deep frying

For the actual sauce:

1 the best spinner's minced fresh ginger
1/4 mug chopped green onion (reserve a lot of for garnish--about 1 tbs)
1/2 tsp awesome red pepper flakes
1 drink fresh broccoli florets
1 the best spinner's mirin or saki
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 drink water
1 the best spinner's cornstarch
1 1/2 the best spinner's soy sauce
1 1/2 the best spinner's rice vinegar
5 the best spinner's sugar
zest of just one whole orange
