With amazing strawberries now within the farmers markets and markets and the warm weather throughout California it seemed only natural to help make some Paleo Strawberry Shortcake. This Strawberry Shortcake is brimming with flavor and celebrates the freshness in the strawberry. NGREDIENTS

SHORTCAKES
1/3 tumbler coconut flour
1/3 hole coconut oil, melted
4 eggs
2 - 4 tbsp honies, depending on how great your sweet tooth is
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp preparing your receipee powder
TOPPING
4 egg cell whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp walnut syrup
1/2 tsp flavors (optional, but I used caffeine extract)
