Graziano's Restaurant is considered throughout the city ready for its traditional Argentinian fare and even grilled meats. This dessert is a new lightly baked 100% Maracaibo cacao (a style of dark chocolate) cake that is certainly flambed table-side with orange colored liquor and served accompanied by a scoop of vanilla the rocks cream. While this dessert is known as a souffl, this cake also has aspects a molten chocolate cake as what lies down the middle of the cake is the rich and decadent dissolved chocolate.
