Adding salad in your daily meal is healthy for you, but having the same variety of salad can make any one bored of eating the idea. Lettuce does not should be the main ingredient inside of a salad; it does not even needs to be in certain salads in the slightest. Italian cucumber salad created with few ingredients but it doesn't lack in taste. It makes an excellent summer salad since any ingredients are in-season. If you would like, you can substitute the cherry tomatoes and only Roma tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 1/2 keyrings cherry tomatoes
  • Small number of fresh basil
  • 1 drink of Balsamic vinegar or possibly Zesty Italian Dressing
  • Fresh soil pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:

Wash typically the vegetables and dry these before cutting. Peel the skin off the cucumbers and thinly portion them. Chop up this red onion. Slice the actual cherry tomatoes into halves. Chop the fresh basil leaves within chunks. Place all with the ingredients into a great bowl. Pour the vinegar or dressing in to the salad; gently stir to coat many of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate right until serving time.
