Ingredients needed in making Asian Ginger Salmon (serves 4):

  • 1 single lb . salmon, skinned, boned and also cut into 4 pieces

  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil

  • 1 Tbs. minced ginger
  • 2 tsp. reddish chili paste
