Grilled Hen with Summer Tomatoes together with Finlandia Lacey Swiss Cheese

  • Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless hen breasts
  • 2T olive oil
  • 1T contemporary rosemary chopped
  • 1T clean thyme chopped
  • 1T refreshing basil chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 Shirt fresh tomatoes
  • 1 discount package Finlandia Lacey Swiss and Light Swiss Cheese

Directions

Preheat bbq to medium high. Place chicken breasts within a large bowl and add oil, herbs, salt and spice up. Let stand for approximately 10 minutes. While meat is marinating, slice fruit into 4 pieces. Brush with essential olive oil, salt and pepper and grill around 1 minute on each one side. Remove from grill and make time for. Next, place chicken around the grill and cook for around 4 minutes, turning up to complete the cooking for 4 more minutes. Subsequently, top each of the chicken breasts using a tomato slice, then an article of cheese. Continue to leave the chicken within the heat only long a sufficient amount of to melt the cheddar dairy product. Remove immediately, platter and also serve.
