Our order ended up as it was ready. The presentation of each individual dish was creative and even beautiful. Every dish at EGR boasts a number of colors, textures, tastes and scents which will make you pause and examine each course prior to when you dive in.

As we started to sample, we quickly realized precisely how complex the flavors have each dish. The 'Crab Cakes' were consists of Royal Trumpet Mushrooms, a fabulous mixed vegetable slaw in addition to drizzled in parsley essential oil. Delectable! The Kale Money were a crowd most popular, crispy with a hint of spice to conclude off the flavor account. Perfect accompaniment to your pint of cold healthy beer.
