This is one among my favorite recipes, this soup is a piece of cake to make plus its great for healthy, vigorous eating. I hope you love it it!
Ingredients
- 1. 5kg butternut pumpkin (approx. )
- Sea sodium and freshly ground african american pepper
- 1 bulb beans, cut in half horizontally
- Handful in thyme, oregano and rosemary sprigs
- 1 tbsp olive oil2 onions, peeled and additionally chopped
- 1 leek, choppedPinch with freshly grated nutmeg
- 30g grated parmesan cheese
- About 800ml popular ham stock, chicken stock options or veggie stock
- 100ml twin cream
- 20g butter
- Roasted child beets for garnish
Method
Preheat cooktop to 190C/gas mark 5.
