You can start combining cauliflower into your diet applying this vegetable in substitution for potatoes with this recipe. Creamless cauliflower gratin is great for people who practice a new high-fiber, low-carb diet method.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower venture, broken into small florets
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp bright wine
  • 1 cups hen stock
  • 1 tbsp refreshing parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp clean thyme, chopped
  • tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan mozerella (optional)
  • Salt and spice up to taste

Directions:

Pre-heat cookware to 400 degrees M.

Heat the coconut oil over medium-low heat having an oven-proof pan. Add the onion together with cook for 4 minutes or until it can be caramelized. Add the cauliflower and give time to sweat in the pan for just two minutes. Add the garlic and allow it to needlessly lightly brown before tipping the white wine and chicken stock throughout the pan. Stir in your parsley and thyme. Add the salt and pepper consistent with taste.

Cover the pan while using the foil and let it bake inside the oven for 20 a short time. When it is achieved baking, remove the foil plus sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and paprika the best. Place the pan beneath the broiler for 5 minutes or prior to the cauliflower gratin has a good brown top coating.
