Not ones average oatmeal! This dish is great itself or as part on the brunch. The combination in fruit, rolled oats, spices and nuts (optional) is both healthy but yet feels decadent while doing so. Ingredients:
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
hole slivered almonds or many other nuts toasted
1/3 tumbler sugar or maple syrup (depending with taste)
1 t the baking powder
1 t yard cinnamon
1 large egg
2 glasses fat free milk
3 TESTOSTERONE butter, melted but a little cooled
2 t absolute vanilla extract
2 vine ripened bananas cut into pieces
1 keyrings mixed berries raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
Note: If using agave syrup cut the exact quantity in half. Or get rid of the sweetener all together for that less sweet baked slow cooked oatmeal. It is excellent allowing it to be sweetened to private taste before eating.
Directions:
1. Preheat cooktop to 375 degrees.
2. Put rack in top third belonging to the oven.
3. Butter the interior of an 8 pillow baking dish or set with parchment paper.
4. From a bowl, mix together this oats, half of your nuts (if using), the sugar (if using) and therefore the baking powder & cinnamon.
