Directions:

Crust:

Using a hand-held machine blend butter and sugar together in a paste. Add the egg yolk and mix to mix. Slowly add the flour and knead lightly before the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hours.

Preheat the range to 425F.
