Ingredients:
3-4 big carrots, peeled and chopped
1 considerable onion, diced
4-5 low to medium tomatoes, chopped
1. 5 cups sliced mushrooms
1 lb skinless chicken white meat, diced
1 cup coconut milk
1 mug uncooked white rice
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
