Serve it privately at your next bar-b-q or top it which includes a grilled chicken breast for the delightful lunch. The real advantage to the current salad is it doesn't have confidence in seasonal fruits which means it might be enjoyed year round.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 pot honey
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh new lemon juice, plus the actual juice 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon all set mustard
  • 1 apple, cored together with diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled not to mention sliced
  • 1 (11-ounce) may mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 goblet raisins
  • 1/4 cup marauded walnuts or pecans

Directions

  1. For your dressing, combine the baby, orange juice, oil, 1/2 teaspoon " lemon " juice, poppy seeds, sodium, and mustard in a jar accompanied by a tight lid; cover and also shake well.
  2. Toss any apple, banana, and avocado with veggie juice from 1 lemon and hence avoiding the fruit from switching brown.
  3. Combine this fruit, raisins, and nuts within a glass bowl.
  4. Add that dressing and stir naturally. Serve on red leaf lettuce.
