Tonight, I decided i would make gluten free breakfast cereals chocolate chip cookies - simply some with walnuts as the hubby doesn't like almonds in cookies (pfft).

I am just studying to bake (aka to actually follow recipes) then i used a mix as an alternative for venturing out by myself with gluten free flour, but these cookies quality damn good - then i will stick to getting a mix for now.

Gluten Zero cost Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Piece of food Recipe (adapted from Pamela's Programs gluten free foods):

Ingredients:

  • 1 travelling bag Pamelas Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 8 TBSP butter and / or butter alternative (with egg cell replacer, use 10 TBSP)
  • 1 egg cell, large (or equivalent from 2 large eggs in the event that using egg replacer)
  • 1/2 pot chocolate chips
  • 1/2 container walnuts

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat cooktop to 350.
  2. Soften butter by using Kitchen Aid stand mixing machine, add cookie mix, ovum, cranberries and chocolate poker chips. Combine until fully utilized.
  3. Drop dough for heaping TBSP onto a new parchment covered or pre-greased cereal bar sheet. Bake for 10 in order to 15 minutes.
  4. Let neat completely.
