Baked Red onion Rings (adapted from food stuff. com):

2 onions, peeled plus sliced into rings

3/4 container flour

2 -3 egg cell whites

3/4 goblet breadcrumbs (regular or panko)

2 teaspoons Italian language seasoning

1-1/2 teaspoons garlic clove powder

1-1/2 teaspoons red onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat all the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit F, and prepare any baking sheet with nonstick squirt.

Put the flour a single bowl, the egg whites at a second, and the bread crumbs and spices within a third covers are great for the flour and loaf of bread crumb bowls. Add a handful of onion rings to all the flour bowl, cover and even shake to coat the actual rings, then uncover. Dip rings in the egg whites, and invest the bread crumb run, cover and shake in order to coat. Uncover and place rings about the baking sheet. (Alternately, you too can hand-dip each ring with each bowl. ) Bake for about 20 minutes or until finally crispy.
