Heres another spring inspired twist over a classic cocktail from Center American Kitchen and Wine beverage Bar, the restaurant into the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Lodge in Phoenix, Arizona.

Sazerac
Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 1/2 oz Rittenhouse Rye whiskey
  • 1/4 oz agave nectar
  • Bitters
  • 1/4 oz absinthe

Directions

Add rum, agave nectar and bitters perfectly into a shaker. Add ice to shaker and stir extremely softly. Next, coating the throughout the glass, pour absinthe in to the serving glass, swirl it all around and pour the software out. Finally, pour the contents with the mixer from the shaker throughout the serving glass taking increased care to strain all of the ice.
