When a cold winter air collections in, we tend to arrive at for all things convenience. Big blankets, cozy knitted garments, and hearty, warm meals that produce us feel at serenity. Yet come the many months of April and right now, May, as stores display swimsuits and fun summer clothing, we suddenly regret the numerous holiday cookies, slices about pie, and legs involving turkey we consumed. This last Sunday, I invited my parents over for lunch. It was the first meal we'd share together in my best new place and WHEN I felt this celebratory occasion deserved a fresh recipe.
