We made this dish with one simple thing in mind, we wanted the quintessential in fresh Asian flavor and we wanted our own teeth to sink into something which didn't resemble gutter trash that were stir-fried, like most belonging to the crap you get on Thai and Asian restaurants lately.

The secret to causeing this to be dish is two-fold. You must have thinly sliced marbled ground beef and yes marbled means that having fat. You need fat so triumph over it! Secondly, you want to crisp up the burgers by dredging (coating) it in flour then stir-frying it in a lot of peanut oil over high temperature.

We decided include things like zucchini to this dish for two reasons. We like this! It goes good together with beef! It makes to get a good presentation. You can easily, of course, add whatever vegetable you prefer.

Ingredients needed to produce Thai Beef and Zucchini (serves 2):

  • 1/2 lb beef, marbled and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 goblet flour
  • 2 Tbs. peanut oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 3 The best spinner's. oyster sauce
  • 1 The best spinner's. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. soup oil
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce

Steps:

  1. Take the meat and dredge (coat) it inside the flour.
  2. In a fabulous wok or saute breadpan, heat the peanut oil over high temperature.
  3. Add the gound beef and stir-fry until it again becomes crisp.
  4. Add all the zucchini and stir fry 1 seconds.
  5. Add the excess ingredients and stir fry 4 a matter of minutes.
  6. Serve over grain, baby bok choy as well as noodles.
