This innovative cocktail can be available for $10 for District American Kitchen and Wine Bar through the spring season.

HOT PICKLE

  • 2 oz Jim Beam Rye or maybe Wild Turkey Rye whiskey
  • House infused pickle brine (charred, clean jalapeos, habaeros and garlic clove confit)
  • Slice of dill pickle

Directions

Start simply by filling a quart pot with plain dill pickle drink. Next add 6 grilling charred jalapeos, 1/3 drink of grill charred in addition to blended garlic cloves plus 2 grilled charred habaeros. Make it possible for pickle juice infuse regarding four days.
