Thank one for not running out. It's not often the fact that sweet potato and brownie have the same sentence not to mention the same recipe. Many recipes, in an effort to generally be more healthy, sacrifice essence and texture. This is not among those recipes. These brownies have a very good deeply decadent flavor, and even dynamite texture that takes up residence perfectly between cake together with fudge. Give them a go and feel good over it.

Sweet Potato Brownies (serves 12)
Ingredients:

  • 1 great potato, baked, peeled as well as mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 hole butter, melted
  • 1/3 drink sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 mug unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 drink (or more! ) candy chunks

Directions:
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F REE P. In a medium can, mix together sweet spud, eggs, butter, sugar as well as vanilla. Add in dried out ingredients and combine. Crease in chocolate chunks. Spread into prepared 8x8 " baking dish and make 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Let cool and attempt to resist eating the overall pan.
