4 skinless trout fillets, about 150g/5oz each
2 tsp dark colored peppercorns
1 tsp paprika
grated zeal and juice 2 limes
1 tbsp olive oil

For your chickpeas:

3 tbsp olive oil
2 beans cloves, finely chopped
150ml veggie stock
130g bag toddler spinach
