Ingredients:

  • 1 red, halved
  • 8 baby artichokes (about 1 pound)
  • pot extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 moderate onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves cloves, thinly sliced
  • One 2-ounce part of lardo or pancetta, reduce into 1/4-inch dice
  • tumbler dry white wine
  • Kosher sodium and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 single lb . spaghetti
  • cup home grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and even more for serving

Directions:

Fill a significant bowl with water. Squeeze on the juice from the of lemon halves, then add the lemon halves towards the water.
