Original recipes makes 24 cupcakes and two 9x9 inch around cakes:

  • 2 mugs white sugar
  • 1 tumbler butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups of coffee all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons the baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees M (175 degrees C). Oil and flour a 9x9 in . pan or line a good muffin pan with report liners for cupcakes.
  2. In a fabulous medium bowl, mix along the sugar and butter. Beat from the eggs, then stir while in the vanilla. Combine flour together with baking powder, add with the mixture and mix. Stir inside milk until batter grows to a smooth consistency. Pour or spoon batter in the prepared pan. (For an important rainbow colored cake, create sprinkles).
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes within the preheated oven. (Gas varies 25-35 minutes) For cookies, bake 20 to 25 min's (Mini cupcakes 15-20 minutes). Insert a toothpick in the center to assure cake is done.
