STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS

Ingredients

  • 4 huge red peppers
  • 2 servings cooked, ground turkey
  • 2 keyrings cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 container sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 little jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup of coffee chili sauce
  • 1/4 drink ketchup
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • salt plus pepper to taste

Directions

Cut the tops from all peppers and remove your seeds and membranes. Merge all remaining ingredients along with mix well. Fill peppers with mixture and put in place the bottom of some sort of slow cooker. Add an inch of water for the cooker. Cover and cook upon high for 2 . 5 hours.
