Ingredients needed to create Cambodian Street Ribs (serves 2):

  • 4 strips flank ribs (with as well as without bones)
  • 1/4 cup very secure black tea

Steps:

  1. Lay the ribs in the shallow dish.

  3. Pour the marinade with the ribs and toss in order to coat. Let marinate for room temperature 30 moments.
  4. In a method saute pan or frying pan, heat a little oil over medium high temperature.
  5. Carefully place your strips of ribs while in the pan and cook around 7 minutes per half (or to desired doneness).
  6. Remove out of your pan and serve!
