This is one of the many family traditions for Easter brunch. Start this the night before that makes it ready to pop in the oven the next time.

  • 1 sale bacon, ham or chicken, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped fine
  • environment friendly pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 considerable can mushroom stems and even pieces, well drained
  • 4 cups of frozen hash brown oranges, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic clove salt (optional)
  • Mrs The dash diet or Old Bay (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon soil black pepper
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 servings milk or half and also half
  • 1 pinch dried out parsley
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or the perfect variety)
  1. Preheat oven to make sure you 400F. Spray a 9x13 micron casserole dish with grilling spray.
  2. Place bacon or sausage in a very large frying pan. Cook over medium high temperature til evenly brown. Drain well and saved. In a separate breadpan, melt the butter not to mention fry onions, green spice up and mushrooms til fresh vegetables are tender.
  3. Place carrots in bottom of equipped dish. Sprinkle with sodium, garlic salt, and spice up. Top with bacon and even onion mixture.
  4. In a considerable bowl, beat eggs by using milk and parsley. Put over casserole. Top together with grated cheese. Cover snugly and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake in preheated cooker for 1 hour or til mounted in the center.
  6. Variations: Add or subtract because you desire. Garnish with marauded fresh tomato. Use buttered bread rather hash browns. Top by means of hot sauce or salsa.
