  • 1 dozen hard-cooked ova, peeled
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbl. all set horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pears salt
  • 1/2 c. petite-diced fruit, drained
  • 2 tsp. oatmeal, minced
  • 1 Tbl. dill pickles, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vodka

Halve that eggs lengthwise and transfer the yolks for a mixing bowl. Set the egg white halves for a platter or plate. Mash the yolks to somewhat of a smooth consistency. Add that mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire, oranges salt, and mix unless smooth. Add a pinch of salt or perhaps a few drops of pickle fruit juice to taste, if important.

Using a plastic storage bag which has a corner cut off tubing filling into egg bright white halves. Or fill eggs along with a spoon. Mix remaining ingredients in normal size bowl and sprinkle in addition to each egg.
