Layered Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 k. lettuce (torn into bite-size pieces)
  • 3 g. cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 t. carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 1 m. fresh mushrooms (sliced) (optional)
  • 1-1/2 t. red onion (chopped)
  • 1-1/2 f. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 W NOT. Dijon mustard
  • 1 k. cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 12 pieces bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Directions:

In the 9 x 13 goblet dish layer lettuce, cauliflower, pumpkin, mushrooms and onion. For small mixing bowl unite mayonnaise and mustard; extended evenly over onion stratum. Layer cheese and bread over mayonnaise mixture.

Cover; refrigerate suddenly. Makes 10-12 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 h. salad greens (torn directly into bite-size pieces)
  • 2 ounce. Swiss cheese slices (cut in to thin julienne strips)

Directions:
