LEMON COOL BOX PIE

1 1/3 g. crushed shortbread cookies

3 TESTOSTERONE LEVELS. lemon drops, crushed

1/4 chemical. melted butter

1 chemical. sugar

1 envelope un-processed gelatin

2 T. cornstarch

1 W NOT. shredded lemon peel

6 W NOT. lemon juice

6 LONGER. water

6 egg yolks, carefully beaten

1/4 c. butter

32-oz. carton vanilla Historic yogurt

1/2 c. to whip cream

1 T. of lemon drops, crushed

Optional: mint leaves

1. Just for crust, in a carrier bowl combine cookie crumbs, typically the 3 tablespoons crushed red drops, and melted
butter. Press into bottom of any 9- or 10-inch cake plate or 8- or simply 9- inch springform baking pan. Set aside.
2. Meant for filling, in a structure saucepan combine the glucose, gelatin, and cornstarch. Increase lemon peel, lemon fruit juice,
and water. Make and stir over moderate heat until thickened along with bubbly.
3. Stir 50 % of the lemon mixture to the egg yolks. Return lemon-egg combo to saucepan. Cook, stirring
constantly, over medium heat until filling arrives at gentle boil. Cook along with stir 2 minutes much more. Remove from
heat. Mix in cut-up butter unless melted. Transfer to a fabulous bowl; cover with plastic-type wrap. Cool 20 units.
4. Place yogurt within the large bowl; gradually wake in lemon filling. With care spoon into crust-lined tray. Cover and chill
overnight.
5. Just for topping, in a medium-size perfectly chilled bowl, beat whipping gel to soft peaks; flip the in 1 tablespoon crushed
lemon comes. To serve, carefully release and remove sides in springform pan, if employing. Top pie with whipped
cream together with, if desired, fresh mint.
