There is nothing a lot better than a healthy and rewarding farmers meal. The dish reminds me personally of Grandma cooking relating to the wood stove with new cut celery and farmer-fresh minced animal meat with homemade chicken share. Ingredients
single pound minced pork (or chicken, chuck)
1 substantial celery
4 great white potatoes
2 cups of homemade chicken stock
1 egg
glass breadcrumbs
1 tsp Mediterranean and beyond seasoning
1 tsp Italian language seasoning
tsp contemporary nutmeg
Fresh pepper

Preparation
Chop the celery in 1 millimeter pieces and bring with a boil in 2 glasses of chicken stock until agency or al dente.
Strain the celery and force the chicken stock. Fixed stock aside for afterwards.
Mix the actual minced pork with egg cell, seasonings and breadcrumbs.
Roll small meatballs manually , (about size of 1 tsp).

Bring dissolved cornstarch to thicken even though whisking and mix together with cooked celery and meatballs till well coated.

Serve mashed oranges and celery meatball mixture hot in any deep plate.
